PG La Pasticceria started with a phone call between two cousins-in-law catching up... and it ended with us pursuing a shared dream! Pastry chefs. We have the same European-American culture of good eating. We share the passion and desire to contribute to something positive to this planet. We pursue the same ideals, and our expectations make us work hard every day because every dream entails work, a lot of work. All our recipes are infused with our European-American backgrounds, and we channel our energy into each of our creations so you, our customer, receives what you deserve -high quality flavor! Our goal is to make products with less sugar and with organic ingredients, such as fruit and high quality spices, to create an absolute explosion of flavor. Some of them are gluten free. Our packing is biodegradable, so we also give love to our planet. We firmly believe that if we do everything with love, it will come back to us. This is our slogan:
